Ufundisa ama-aerobics ukuhlenga intsha ezintweni ezingalungile

USuku lweNtsha: UMthetheleli Wontyi uye wakhathazeka ngesikhathi ebona abantu abasha bechitha isikhathi sabo ngaphandle kwenhloso. Ubazi ukuthi isikhathi sabo sokuphumula singabaholela endleleni eyingozi yokuthi benze izinto ezimbi.

“Nginqume ukusebenzisa ama-aerobics ukuze ngibasuse ezintweni ezimbi nokubagcina bematasa. Ngikhethe ama-aerobics ngoba intsha ithanda ezemidlalo,” kusho uWontyi.

“Ziningi izinto ezimbi ezenzeka emalokishini ethu.

UWontyi ufundisa intsha ama-aerobics kusukela ngoMsombuluko kuya kuLwesihlanu phakathi kwehora lesihlanu ntambama kuya  kwelesikhombisa ebusuku.

“Ngifundisa eNyanga kodwa noma ngubani wamukelekile,” esho.

UWontyi ukholelwa ekutheni uma imiphakathi ilinda uhulumeni ukuthi athathe izinyathelo ngeke ibe khona intuthuko ikakhulukazi emalokishini.

“Kubalulekile ukuthi wonke umuntu abambe iqhaza ekuqinisekiseni ukuthi intsha ayizitholi isezimweni engeke ikwazi ukuzibalekela.

Abantu abaningi baye bamangala ngesikhathi bezwa ukuthi ufundisa intsha ama-aerobics mahhala. UWontyi akanaso isiqiniseko ngemali abezoyithola uma ekhokhisa intsha ayifundisayo.

“Ngizokwenza konke okusemandleni ami ukusindisa abantu abasha futhi ngikholelwa ekutheni bangabaholi bakusasa abadinga ukuholwa kahle ngabeluleki abangeke bebalahlele ithemba,” esho.

“Angibahluleli abantu abakhokhisa intsha uma beyofundisa okuthile ngoba kuyindlela yabo yokubeka ukudla etafuleni kodwa ngikhuthaza umphakathi wethu ukuthi ulandele isiko lokubuyisela emphakathini ngaphandle kokulindela okuthile.”

U-Asanda Macamba uthe selokhu ingane yakhe yajoyina ama-aerobics ubone izinguquko ezinkulu.

“Ukuziphatha kwengane yami sekungcono. Akusadingeki ngihlale ngibheka umsebenzi wakhe wesikole. Kuyacaca ukuthi ama-aerobics agqugquzela ukuziphatha okuhle,” kusho uMacamba.

ULiyabona Valelo uzwakalisa ukubonga kuWontyi ngethonya elihle abe nalo ezimpilweni zabo.

“Abanye ontanga yethu bacwile ezidakamizweni kanti abanye bakhulelwe. Ngikholelwa ekutheni ukube ubengazihluphi ngokusifundisa ama-aerobics ngabe iningi lethu lingene ogibeni lwezidakamizwa noma ebugebengwini. Siyabonga ukuthi akasikhokhisi ngoba abazali bethu abasebenzi,” kusho uValelo.

ULikhanye Jafta ubone ukuthuthuka emsebenzini wakhe wesikole selokhu ajoyina ama-aerobics.

“Ngibe ngomunye wabafundi abahamba phambili ekilasini lami. Ama-aerobics angigcina ngimusha futhi ngibukhali nokuyinto ebengingakaze ngibe yiyo phambilini. Ukube besinabantu abaningi abafana noWontyi bekungasindiswa izimpilo eziningi.”
