U-Ombud Lee Soobrathi uthe lokhu kwephula iSigaba 23 soMthetho Wokuvikelwa Kwabathengi, okhuluma ngamanani afanelekile.
“Uma umkhiqizo ubhalwe u-R10 bese ngikhetha ukukhokha ngekhadi, isitolo ngeke singikhokhise u-R12 ngoba angisebenzisi ukheshi. Lokho akuvumelekile,” kusho uSoobrathi.
